This is wild. I think the answer is remarkably simple. Simple isn't the same as easy, but it seems like the entirety of the problem is around contending with the presence of greed in the system / many people operating within it. It's the 'Me or them!' mentality so many are locked into assuming is real instead of realizing this is all actually an 'Us' scenario. Look at science, look at biology, look at physics... it's an 'Us' situation where it's all interdependent and entangled. The 'Me' of competition and the fictional scarcity of capitalism have to go if this is going to be solved. The capitalist system you're trying to solve this within is itself the source of the perceived problem.
The *context* needs to change, not the *content*. You'll never move the pieces within a flawed / toxic context around so that they produce a truth when the context itself is a fiction / lie.
