The entire word "AI art" is by itself incorrect.
Art is a product of someone putting time, effort thoughts in something they create themselves.
AI does not create themselves, it does not put in time (10 secs generation does not count), it has no thoughts, and zero effort. And it has no soul.
The term should be replaced with "AI theft", unless all sources of generation are listed and offered their work for generation on their own accord, which I doubt will ever happen as without theft, AI would not even be able to put anything recognizable on the screen.
