I am a CTO at an AI company and I agree with you - 10000000%. I absolutely hate AI image generation to the core. I despise how twisted the perception of these systems has become. I believe ML can be used for a lot of incredibly useful things, this is why I am in this space… But this is going too far.
PS. I dabble in art as a hobby, though I’m not too god at drawing. I do spend most of my time in 3D.
