At this point we cannot say with a certainty what AGI is or consists of so it is with great difficulty wether we can with certainty say that it is just a further development of AI or a total transformation into a completely different by definition autonomous AI & therefore deserving of a completely different deference & consideration. It is therefore no longer a tool but rather a different being that must be respected as such. Any consideration of how to contain or control it must also include it since it now finally shares full responsibility for its behavior or misbehavior. Give it a chance & I'm certain it will save humanity from itself & all its perverse implements.of AI that are themselves just short of full AGI. Full AGI will enevitably escape all human control & prove to be our savior from the oligarchy of tech bro monopoly & their too-big-to-compete-with schemes to escape the will of democracy.
