I really don’t think that the Arbor Care companies will be gone in five years.
Example you have a $200,000 roof . Specialize shingles. You’re telling me that a robot is gonna climb the tree and remove a limb with a chainsaw tie off the branch harnessed it in just the right way so it doesn’t hit the roof line and then hoist it down to the very bottom.
I can see the robot driving I can see the robot doing my new things on the ground but to remove a 26,000 pound limb over an expensive roof line or Homestead commercial building without causing damages now I don’t think that technology is gonna exist anytime soon .
I also work as an arborist with plant Healthcare specializing with pathological diseases in plant hosts, insects bacteria, and given a proper treatment plan.
I can see artificial intelligence, probably be unable to diagnose, but to administer the proper treatment plan challenging at best .
Maybe in 10 to 20 years but not in the next five years .
Robotics and artificial intelligence needs to become super AI .
