i can hardly wait for the 1st " police pursuit " video of a uber google self driving car ".....now here is the point ...in what way can a driver who may or may not be under the influence be held accountable....as the sheriff say...it was in autonomous mode....the " driver " is now a passenger....and i have not heard of a case where the passenger is found complicit in not driving a car with all due care.....hence the problem.....sure sounds nice...." oh yeah i use self driving uber gooogle cars " and i am not at fault !!....oh yeah....u behind the steering wheel...u in charge of the vehicle...period
