What the average everyday driver of cars doesn't know is that those trucks have 40,000 lbs pushing them. The trucks use hydraulic brakes that can and do catch fire when going down a steep grade, and that is why they have installed emergency exit ramps in places that have mountain passes. What do you think those ramps are used for? Someone is going down the pass; they hit their brakes often enough to slow down, and those brakes start smoking, they can't STOP, so they have to take the ramp. Do you think that A.I. will be able to figure out that before they run over a compact car?
