We do not "Program" ai. That's exactly what makes ai different then just a program. Ezra needs this fact pounded into his head, as he kept saying "yeah but why don't we just program it to..." We only program a blank embryo and then give it food (data) and then once it's grown up, send it into the world and see what it does
