I agree AI output should not be copyrighted or considered art, it shouldn't even be consumed by humans. But this video too is missing an important point: art and artistic qualities or value have nothing to do with technical perfection. If you express relevant, novel ideas in your work and connect to the existing fabric of symbols and culture, you will create art, no matter if you draw like a kid; at the same time, you might draw with perfect proportions, be virtuoso with your instrument, you won't make any art unless you build it on philosophy.
