Story of human enginuity and eventually, even a CEO can be replaced with an AI. Then who has the power? A world leader will be an AI one day and hopefully have a way of making sure human existance has a purpose as by then there will be no need to work snd thus no way to earn a living or have ambitions.
As a game dev, I make AIs all the time but the kind a consumer gets to fight as it is the AIs job and purpose to eliminate the players character. It's not the AI themselves that are the problem. It's the ones making them, and Amazon are to blame for every job lost in this scenario. They're already selling their products cheap. This act will not lower prices, just put more money in one lizards pocket
