Its like during cold war both sides were making more and more powerful nukes
Then they both realised if they keep doing that, 1 small mistake and whole world's kaput
So they sat down and made treaties on limitations on nukes, and the world didn't go up in nuclear hell
Same west and east have to work together to regulate ai
And not let the ai makers regulate their own products its stupid
