The issue I see is my professors actively admit to using AI for assignments and emails now. Also, a lot of my professors badly give out information for assignments or even dedicate class time to talking about their political views. If I email them with any questions, they answer with a riddle.
Using AI isn't mandatory for me if I just had better professors, but I simply cannot keep up with their ridiculous demands. I tried going a semester without using AI once and it was near-impossible because they just weren't communicating at all. I had to have AI explain the assignments to me just so I could do them.
