Also AI Artists: "I'll take credit for what the AI produced, because AI is just a tool by which I create my are,t and my prompt was pretty creative, so I should take credit for what it produced."
I'll take the human intelligence comparison more seriously if an AI out of its own free will takes an AI artist to court for claiming credit for their work.
The reality is these are image generators & rely on data the creators did not have permission to use.
If the comparison to human intelligence were valid they would not need as much data.
