Idc how bad it is right now, it keeps evolving and rapidly. This, unsupervised and available for the general public completely, is a problem and a dangerous one. In my opinion, when it gets better, AI must have laws and rules set in place for use and is clearly a dangerous tool. A crime already commited by people using AI is taking pictures of other people and making nude pictures of them without their permission, and if you know literally anything at all about human behavior this will not get better. These AI tools, are weapons. Actual weapons, things that should be handled carefully like firearms and cars. In my opinion, to use AI tools you must prove to the government that you are trustworthy enough to use it, and then get a license if you are. If you get a license then do something bad with it, like getting a firearm license then shooting people or a car license and intentionally driving recklessly, your license will be revoked and your ability to use AI software will be immedietly terminated. All AI tools, like a gun store or a bar, should require you to have a verified government license; just like a bar requiring you to be 18/21 or a gun store requiring you to have a permit and there should be heavy regulation and enforcement on illegal sites and services which let you illegally use AI just like regulation on illegal firearm dealing or serving alcohol to minors
