Workday is good. As for recruitment, there are multiple channels and more suitable jobs, workday is just one of the channels. Treating AI like a witch hunt by non-mathematicians needs to stop. Some of the most relaxed and useful academic jobs everyone can do and will probably do in future. Sometimes an agitated person does get through to be a menace at job.
