If you want to insure your job for as long as possible, lean in HARD to your humanity. For as long as there are any people remaining in the workforce, there will be demand for people skilled in managing, motivating, selling to them. AI can do those things but it's hollow and doesn't work. If you received a message of praise from your CEO but it was clearly AI-written, would it have any value to you? No.
