2:12 the only problem with ai replacing retail assistant in my opinion is upc. Each upc to catalog every piece of merchandise is supplied through a vendor. Without this liaison stores wouldn't work. Even though audible language models guiding the look up of each upc is a great idea replacing entirely is unrealistic because of this backend medium rely on each other. Is my thought.
