Old man lost me at 25:00 when his political rhetoric disregards real questions. Yes, you either find a way to invest competitively in AI or China’s AI will run amok. Disabling your countries innovation through regulations, it’s not the answer. The limits of what is acceptable would need to be top secret so that would be enemies can’t understand your vulnerability. Way more nuanced than an on / off switch.
