How exactly are you "documenting AGI" when AGI does not exist (and will not exist - at least, as a result of chatbots getting stronger)?
Likewise, things you're saying do not align with reality. Your hypothetical example of "AI agents" outperforming human workers is still entirely hypothetical.
The "report" you're recommending begins with a V E R Y dubious claim about the "imminent arrival of AGI".
