The MIT Iceberg paper literally says this "The Index does not predict job losses, adoption timelines, or net employment effects. Actual workforce impacts depend on firm adoption strategies, worker adaptation, regulatory choices, societal acceptance and broader economic conditions." Somehow CNN missed or just plain ignored this part so they can scream AI is already taking 12% of JOBS!
