Deepfakes will be outdated once AI video is open source and models are trained on porn videos. Their is no telling how easy it is to say Emma watson xxx. And get a full video in a few seconds. You don't need to have access to the internet and open source means it can be anything as long as it is not against the law.
Look at how you can make photorealistic celebrities on midjourney. It will be the case that you can make photorealistic videos of celebrities as well. So in essence, these efforts are basically futile. When everyone can just download or go on a cloud based server and make these videos themselves, or on porn sites. Its basically useless to regulate it.
