AI is very helpful and I’ve used it to solve problems in a fraction of the time it would have taken otherwise. But it takes skill to even use it. Prompt Engineer is the new senior developer and it still takes serious dev skills to fix what it gets wrong.
It’s really good at solving simple, single-function type problems. Less than one screen of code at a time.
