No robo rights. No matter how people program them. In my oponion , the only time an AI be given equal right is when it was a transfer of mind from a human or animal . Also the basis of the intelligence, where the transferee originated, will tell what kind of treatment he will get. Human or animal or what ever elemet we find in the future.
