You all people are missing the point, RIGHTS is not only about privileges, it is also about prohibitions !!!
I make clear example : you have the right to live, it means nobody can take that right from you, this is how our rights works, you have plenty of freedoms and plenty of prohibitions.
Even if we can get some sort of independent AI, we should add and modify our existing rights, plus, add a new tome of rights "AI RIGHTS CODE" .
