Well no. Until we develop a mechanizm that allows consciousness to appear out of nowhere (like living organizms do) , it is a waste of time to think of robot rights. I'm pretty sure there is more than just existance, more than 3 dimensions and a lot of stuff that we yet cannot understand, so until we realize how to create an actual consciousness and how it actually works, AI is just a set of strings and programming language.
