Those Robots, which could feel that way, surly will have rights. But a robot will which work that way will be build for scientific reasons. If those Robots become mass produced, they will need to have rights. If we going to build a Intelligence which is made to build even more Intelligence robots we need to know that we are going to build a new species and should not be done.
