It is the kind of manipulations thousands of photographers do everyday in Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. And sometimes way worse than that, with notably High Dynamic Range applied to the max, yuk ! Upscaling is nothing new, nor are automated presets. This Ai angle is just click baiting. Relax.
