Ah, that's where you need Australian law, which already has a holding than an AI representing a person or company is a full agent of that person or company.  Of course you can't have fraudulently influenced the bot anymore than you are allowed to fruadulently misled a person. The US Trade Representative has already had harsh works with the Australian government on this matter. But they are not for moving, since anything else is chaos.
