All things considered, OpenAI would probably consider this a win still. Users don't give nearly as much money as the US government is likely to.
Y'know, I'm seriously thinking we might see a major breakdown in civilization and society in my lifetime because of this... lets just say, in the race to create an AGI, I hope OpenAI and Twitter lose badly.
