This is exactly why I treat anyone in finance and management as an idiot. Because if you explain something technical to them they overreact.
Is it possible that an employee uses his own encryption algorithm to send out confidential company info? Yes. Do we need to do something about that? No. If someone does, then sue them. We don't need preemptive measures for tracking keystrokes.
