Tbh I can see the idea of AI assisted vehicles in any form, as long as there’s a person pulling the trigger.
We have this discussion in engineering where we see AI take over most of our jobs. We were wondering what would be left to do. I see the role of 4 eyes checking and maybe making minor final adjustments still be done by humans. After all, AI, if kept in check can only learn from previous tasks and can not be independent growing indefinitely.
Checks and balances, there’s is still a lot of handwork in there.
