100%. I was working at a hospital about a year back in a high crime area. They wanted to go with Avigilon camera system as they have analytics and facial recognition.
They were looking into offering data up to the police on who is who and how often they are there for what. (Very vague but I had a feeling it was related to attempting to arrest and get rid of drug users who have over dosed and go to this hospital often)
