I really don't understand why people would want self-driving features if you have to pay attention to the road the whole time. That's even more boring than driving. Am I missing something?

AI is a global arms race. The US government will not pass a bill that limits US-created AI.

When people say "if you didn't know if it was AI, you would like it", it maybe is true, but as soon as someone tells me it is AI, i will instanly hate it. Are we ignoring the historic homophobia behind the term "cogsucker"? It's not derived from a racial slur, but its still derived from a slur targeting a historically marginalized community. Very well put, Sam. It’s honestly sad and scary how some of these people who side with the AI generators are acting. Their toxicity and lack of understanding of the situation and why artists feel the way they do looks like insanity to me.
