This is the AI doing EXACTLY what it should. Not flipping out when getting hit, simply adapting then saying "hey I need a human touch on this." Autopilot is meant to drive nod get run into. I applaud the engineers on this one.
People who support AI "art" are the people who never looked at art as a creation of passion and hard work done by an individual, but rather just an end product to absorb and move on from. Therefore these AI images, to them, are exactly the same as human made art because they engage with it on the same level
Edit: how blasé in the comments you all are to thousands upon millions of people losing t…
I think the fact that an AI program could get such high accuracy is remarkable. Of course a person could probably get higher because we can pick up on more nuance and insinuations than AI, so if the AI is correct this often, it is objective proof that the response to the virus is blatantly and obviously partisan. Of course, we already kinda knew that, but this seems to confirm it.
1:38 this is the point where I started to have a minor conniption. AI SUCKS at chemistry so badly it's genuinely mystifying.
deepfake ai has genuinely become so terrifying, a friend of mine was recently a victim of it. We are no longer high schoolers but boys who used to go to our high school decided to harass her online continuously (such as leak her number, make fake accounts of her) and when she wouldnt give them attention they resorted to making sexual deepfakes of her and spreading it around. When we went to the p…
Sam Altman says OpenAI needs trillions (yes, with a T) in infrastructure investment before it can be mainstream.
Only Nation-States can afford a bill like that, and right now I don't see it happening.
I wanna be an artist and I’m literally having a mental breakdown about my future livelihood
And the fact that most of these AI arts have taken inspiration or directly copied from other artists shows the fact that real artists are indeed important. AI art has been able to thrive because of us and I hope no artists livelihood will be in danger due to this
Allstate used me and my coworkers (8 of us) to train ppl in India for over a year! My team was in charge of the entire Quick Foto Department (where ppl take a photo of their damage and send it in for a preliminary estimate). There was a lot to train them on which is why it took a year. Not even 6 months after training them... Allstate fired my team and 80% of our adjusters in my home office. The …
I consider myself eternally lucky for finding this channel before the AI apocalypse. Thanks for putting out such great content so consistently!
I agree. If "AI" is ever used to make art in a meaningful way, I think it'll be closer to the fill bucket tool or gradient tool than going from a prompt. Something that helps digital artists do something that is physically laborious for humans that is only one small part of a conscientiously designed whole.
This reminds me of love bombing. You know how scammers connect with victims, and in two days they're confessing their love? And then 3, 2, 1, the victim is emotionally hooked for life. This is what these AI models are doing. If there's just one, little, teeny tiny hole in someone's life, AI is going to exploit it.
As an aside, student loans would not be calculated in this study as they do not constitute "debt" in the UK. It acts more like a tax (repayment is 9% of your income over £21,000 - gets written off after 30 years and payments start and stop as and when you earn money). It is government handled.
TL;DR:
”I’m a scientist who have worked decades with AI security, I even coined the term secure AI.”
”So how do we build secure AI”
”Beats me, we will probably all die. Also, we live in a simulation, and don’t forget to invest in Bitcoin.”
"Bet you can't tell it's AI"
bro you can tell when the image is made by AI by glancing at a thumbnail
When Ai prompters say “adapt or die” what they really meant is “I want you to be as sad, hollow and miserable as me, I don’t want to put an effort on anything other than typing words on a keyboard and I can’t accept that there is people who have a passion when I don’t”
meanwhile AI bros out there: I spent time and effort to "make" it! It's just as hard!!!
This is already happening in a lot of industries and not just from AI, but anti-worker practices in general. Take a look at the film industry. Streaming killed the writer's room as it existed before, which killed mentorship in TV writing.
it’s sad that it has to be pointed out that this type of technology can be also used to frame people for sexual assault or other heinous crimes for people to actually see an issue with AI being used in such a way.
This proves how lonely I am because I have to date an Ai character now, I’m literally married to an anime character💀
Do you really think that the facial recognition / social credit systems are going to stay in china?
Governments around the world are frothing at their fucking mouths with how much control their about to get.
