I heard that within a couple years, the internet will be 90% ai slop and bots chatting with other bots. What happens when LLMs train on the output of other LLMs?
"We want all the positives of a tram but with the negatives of a car" - how i feel about robotaxis
@MirA12334 you're completely right but that's just the way ai learns. Its just a bit more complex for humans, but its not like 2 people who have no idea each other exist can still develop the same style of painting by getting inspired from somewhat same origins.
I do completely agree that we still should pay human artists to make our art 100%, but you could make the same argument about self driv…
The whole thing is being overblown imo
AI makes content
but once the novelty wears off it will still require talent to make content worth consuming
Also people seem to forget
but most of the stuff people make is slop too
but some how the internet did not die
eventually people will expect quality from even AI, and so humans will still be required
And this person is simply wrong
AI is a tool

But they will still require people to edit that ai generated text and make it palatable for consumers. The only way AI is dangerous is that it's learning stuff by itself so one never really knows what that will turn into in future.
And it also written by ai and copy by human 💀
(And also remember there was also ai who humanise ai sentence 💀🙂)
Any reasonably realistic robot revolution scenario usually involves ones that are advanced enough to learn and develop these things themselves. Only scenario where someone would want to build them in from the get-go would be if they set out to create a fully fledged artificial life like for example Data from Star Trek.
I've recently been through a toxic environment created by my older brother and sister-in-law. I've been living in the house with them to care for my elderly parents who are semi-disabled. My brother and his wife are healthcare professionals in case you're wondering why this setup. Anyway, AI chat bots have helped me a lot with my emotional issues regarding the situation. I talked to other sibling…
But you have to look at all sides. A program in Africa advanced underprivileged students 2 grade years over one summer. Completely AI driven.
The potential is almost unimaginable. Imagine YOU having ONE STUDENT, how much BETTER COULD YOU DO? That is AI: the ability to tune the training in ALL aspects to the learning rate of that ONE student. No longer concerned with moving an ENTIRE CLASSRO…
He helped create the company OpenAI(invested $50 Million) to stand against Google's DeepMind which was trying to hold a monopoly in AI business, as well as Google actually not caring about the privacy concerns associated with AI...
But Elon left the company after seeing that OpenAI is not heading into the right direction and OpenAI's connection with Microsoft.
Bro is definitely exaggerating. Openai isn't dumb enough to let this happen by default without some type of jailbreaking.
When they replaced machinists with automation, you did not shed a tear. I'm sorry if your cries of immorality fall on deaf ears.
Same here, I don’t mind seeing ai used as a joke but it’s never exactly how you want it if you’re trying to make something unironic
Thing is if everyone is affected, who will buy stained glass windows when people will barely be able to buy the necessities? This is something that keeps me awake as I also work in software and have a side hussle hard for AI to copy, but the same problem applies.
Exactly. The fact that people are so tied to wanting to be a working slave they can’t see an alternative.
How have humans become so disconnected from things vitally human that you consider art a silly hobby, this isn't even about AI but,
Literature, drawing, music are inherently extensions that almost everyone takes interest in. Tell me a person who doesn't listen to music?
Tell me 1 person who dislikes creativity applied in movies, and tell me you haven't met voracious readers with stacks of books p…
@jocker6271it's stupid lol
They're fuelling the AI database to draw more from their art styles
Even for such a brilliant person, it would be hard to see the evil in your life's work. AI has the power to achieve amazing good, and it's utterly fascinating. The mind of a researcher would make all sorts of unconscious excuses to avoid thinking about uncomfortable truths about the thing they love. The fact that he's woken up at all is commendable.
Highly insightful I'm inspired and wish to share for anyone who reads this no human is replaceable. The LORD said that, when He created us, with individual, nonreplicable fingerprints... Something so small with oceans of meaning we can't fathom, therefore, neither can A.I. This is why the creation account GOD narrates makes so much sense to believe even when we don't know the details!
In my opinion ai isn't a person but not making your own art is pretty terrible and all that tracing when you can learn to draw and use it for reference youtube is free and don't need to pretend
