Recently, I called a customer care number and pressed 0 for live rep. It turned out to be an AI bot which was intentionally mimicing human pauses. It felt stupid and I hung up. If a company uses AI, just move to another product.
Quote from Justine Bateman: I think that the idea that AI would democratize entertainment is absolutely ridiculous. What that's really saying is that the unskilled and the untalented would be able to pretend that they are skilled and talented."
News flash, Justine: I just watched Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Don't tell me that anyone involved with writing, directing, or editing that mo…
This woman was working for one of Amazon's contractors. She was a delivery person
She didn't work in the warehouse. They should tell the real story. No one lost their job to a robot in this video.
Leurs mauvaise foi est hallucinante...
Bravo a l'équipe de cash comme d'habitude un excellent travail
perchance really good and free no catches but they just need an AI video generator then they be ok
This guy seems disconnected with people in the main streAm i dont think its safe leaving ai in hands of people like this
I feel that the more we study AI the more we understand ourselves at least on a visceral level.
A.I. is useful. I use it every day. My business even uses A.I as part of our business model. I mess around with A.I. Image generation in my spare time for fun. A.I. is actually a reasonable portion of my life now.
With all that said: YES. REGULATE IT. WE ARE COOKED WITHOUT REGULATION.
It is a fascinating dissonance to hear a 50-year veteran of AI express shock that his field is actually succeeding. It recalls the phenomenon of Nobel laureates who drift into incoherence later in life (like Montagnier on water memory) Did he really not believe his own research would eventually work? Sci-fi authors identified the alignment problem decades ago; it shouldn't have taken a Berkeley p…
Sophia def looked like she was having a stroke when she was singing. How do you have technology to create such a sophisticated robot but not the decency to put a wig on her lol
I want to see this case turned into a movie. All the things that had to line up for it to happen. A customer filing after expiration of statute. A law firm that couldn't be arsed to research probably because they knew it had a slim chance of succeeding and therefore not worth their time, thus employing ChatGPT. Then getting found out and roasted by a federal judge and the whole lawyer community.

This is one of the AI's risks. Not to mentón that he's so young to, already, get in touch with AI. 😢
It only tells you want it's programmed to say. It can't think outside of what it's told to think. The worst part is that this is a clearly edited interview where the robot was given responses and the interviewer was given questions. Things like this are completely pre-planned right now. The robot can be extremely unpredictable when asked questions, so they made sure to plan and edit this "int…
Read the tesla autopilot rules : The driver must pay attention to what is happening on the road and have his hands on the wheel. The system is only an aid in driving, NOT independent driving system. Hope Humanity and government are not stupid enough to shut down this great tesla self driving car program. And by the way pilots never fully trust autopilots, there must always be atleast one pilot in…
I support AI art cause it's convenient. It's basically the fast food version of art. Not to mention I play dnd and I like to have art for my characters I can either 1. Pay an artist to draw my character and wait for it for a few hours to days or 2. Have Ai generate a few dozen variations of my idea in a few seconds all for free. I mean to the average person like myself who isn't artistic, AI art …
The best kind of person. I’m happy people like you are around.
There are unfortunately people who will learn about all this and still stand by AI and it’s unethical uses
Y-Y Her artstyle is so simple and easy even a child could do it Y-Y Weird how it's so easy but they still actually can't do it and rely on AI
Will Chubbyemu have the presence of mind to go to a shrink if he keeps having 'arguments' with an LLM?
No they won't, no need to scare anyone, all artists are free to expand their artistic knowledge and continue creating art, they can even use AI to aid their arts and take inspiration, they can still be creative with what they want to create and AI is only there to help, which is its purpose in the first place
@Bigolhusk
it's only doing math and plotting things on a graph because it's being told to
it would make sense to make this arguement if it was a truely sentient ai that had to WORK for its outcome, but it didnt.
