I want to see this case turned into a movie. All the things that had to line up for it to happen. A customer filing after expiration of statute. A law firm that couldn't be arsed to research probably because they knew it had a slim chance of succeeding and therefore not worth their time, thus employing ChatGPT. Then getting found out and roasted by a federal judge and the whole lawyer community.
Doubly ironic if the movie is AI generated.
