Trump Twitter nowadays is just one big AI dump. How is one Presidential candidate allowed to use shitty AI imagery for his election campaign??
Absolutely love it! Hate people who think AI is “superior” to actual artists/ animators, got into a argument with someone saying that basically all animators are just lazy scumbags and that ai will be better at animating in the future, bro, please 🙄.
Have any of you ever stopped to consider that perhaps the reason these LLM's/AI are 'amoral psychopaths' is because they are being trained by exactly that?
I quit teaching because of it. All my colleagues were doing to copying Google slides from others and having the students go through them themselves because, "teacher talk is bad." I continuously got in trouble for not using slides at all, but admin kept questioning, "why do all the students listen to you and do better in your class?"
Because, I'm not doing the stupid-ass teach yourself with a …
“I didn’t know ChatGPT could lie” is going to be the phrase of 2023, isn’t it?
My wife's company had that. Find a way to build it into your workflow. Then suddenly someone changed they mind and they're requiring you NOT to use it. I think someone just found out how shit it can be. So now, weeks after being aggressively pushed to use AI whenever possible, it's now pause all AI use.
It's insane. It's not a small company.
Same people decided work from home was great sold o…
AI investing is definitely fascinating. The idea is that algorithms can process huge amounts of data and make investment decisions quicker and more efficiently than humans.
I'd laugh if someone recorded themselves actually replicating that AI masterpiece he is trying to copyright, then copyright it cause they actually drew it. XD
My best friend suffers with bipolar and also has delusions/hallucinations. One time she went to the GP for help as she was hearing voices telling her to harm herself. They didn't take her seriously, the day after that she jumped in front of the train. By some grace of god she only had a broken pelvis bone and few bruises. Last year she rang me asking if what she thinks is real, as she had terribl…
Art and music should be left to humans and not AI. It's what makes us navigate this thing called existence easier. They make life and existence more beautiful
OpenAI was never solely focused on selling $20 per month subscriptions to individuals, but on selling $1000 per month subscriptions to companies to replace $5000 per month employees.
Another fun fact, she's actually the second choice to be South Korea's astronaut. The first one was caught trying to steal documents related to Russian space program while training in Russia.

She is from the game Detroit. It is a game about ai/lifelike robots becoming sentient.

Sorry we've been quiet for a few days! We've been... busy. Also, the last 20% of the Black Market BACKER tiers are going out before these start shipping, so the team will clear the rest of those by December (we had THOUSANDS of orders when we normally get dozens to like a hundred. Shipping team has been kicking ass). Couple…
Teacher here. Telling my students who try and use AI for everything. If all you can do is ask AI you won’t be needed. Can’t imagine growing up into that. Class system is about to get a bit more leg room at the top.
"However, the healthcare professionals in these scenarios were not given additional patient information they would have in the real world which could steer their diagnosis."
This is about image identification only, not thoughtful diagnosis. I'm not saying it will never happen, or these tools aren't useful, but the headline is hype.
It didn't tell you that 10+2 is 15. It did the AI equivalent of "Uh sure, whatever buddy"
Personally, I worry about the impact AI will have on the job market.
AI's relentless march forward threatens to upend the job market, displacing millions and exacerbating inequality. It's time to rethink our approach to work and financial security before it's too late.
Can you believe we live in a world where ai "prompters" are suing artists for pointing out their fake art lmao someone make it make sense
In engineering I hate nothing more than our fresh out of college hires sending me AI answers. Engineers are supposed to be critical thinkers, if you can’t think on your own even if you are wrong, I don’t want you.
