This happened long before ai. For at least the last 30 years its been about obedience over intelligence. You can see it in statistics. High IQ is directly associated with mental illness, depression, and drug use. Intelligence is a disease in the eyes of society.

Also when people use AI to make their comments and replies. Our social skills have been deteriorating, and allowing AI to make every difficult message for us is only going to make the problem worse.
