ChatGPT is not the problem here. The problem is some people lack of ability to socialize properly with each other.
people calling themselves artists by just typing a few words on midjourney is the real program. SamDoesArts made a great video explaining why AI art is a problem, I highly reccommend it to anyone who is confused by the controversy! In short, many artists are struggling because "who needs years of dedication and practice when a computer can do the same job faster?" human artists are losing jobs li…
This is actually kinda relatable, really. Listen, I really want to hate on the "ai artists", but it's definitely that way. People are told they can't do something well, so they don't try. And when they don't try, they turn to that to express their imagination. I honestly don't blame them there. It's understandable. Or, well, i relate to it anyway. I, myself, am an artist, but i used to use ai art…
Facial recognition technology doesn’t work, obviously! That poor lady. Hope her pregnancy wasn’t harmed by her interrogation and arrest. AI is not the way to go.
Wolfram is careless with the concepts and Yudkowsky corrects him. Wolfram talks about what he was working on the previous night and that he has spent 45 years working on things. Yudkowsky listens patiently. Wolfram appears to try to break down and scrutinize Yudkowsky's thoughts but succeeds poorly overall. Again, the uncomfortable realization becomes that Yudkowsky, at least in terms of thinking…
The only time I'll ever use AI art outside of jokes is if I need a reference to make my own real art, which would properly be extremely rare.
This video was made by AI as a warning and an “I told you so” moment.
Why is this a sad thing? People shouldn’t be tortured to work like a robot to begin with these people deserve jobs better then that honestly.
my mum, who is turning 60 this summer and has adhd, had to do all this! the moment she approached me and asked me if i could help her making a video of her for a job interview i was just floored.
this is all such absolutely bs nonsense. nevermind that my mum is already being discriminated against by regular people interviewer and now even more so by the AI due to her age (but what is she supposse…
AJ, your work is incredible and we notice the dedication and effort you and your team put into each and every episode. thank you. really.
ps. the video is so terrifying it gave me goosebumps. ive been studying AI for decades and i cannot believe we are at this point already. 10yrs ago, all of the top minds predicted we wouldnt get here until 2030. i guess it's good to arrive early to an event...?…
hard disagree. while AI art does hurt bigger, more affluent artists since their art is what's most often copied (and they're the ones that can afford to hire lawyers), the ones this really hurts are the ones who are already struggling. I'm an artist myself and my commissions have completely dried up because other people have justified AI art TO MY FACE as just being cheaper and higher quality. pe…
He clearly is saying he's using AI, so I don't see a problem here why are people trying to cancel him, I mean I hate AI but like come on y'all
Thank you for including one of the dumbest and also favorite lines of the AI users (I refuse to call them artists), and that is "democratizing art" as if all of us artists are somehow some sort of Wallstreet elites who monopolized all of the art skill that is floating around and thus nobody else can draw or paint and it's definitely not thousands of hours of practice that allow us to paint the wa…
Dr. Jain simplifies things so well! It's crucial for brands to monitor AI mentions; what AICarma does best. More people should catch onto this!
The moment he ripped off the robot's skin face: some new "Hostel" horror movie 😂😂😂
This is absolutely the biggest train wreck headed at us full speed ahead - i understand trying to stay relevant in the global marketplace by keeping America as a leader in AI & robotics but the loss of jobs is going to be off the charts bad bad bad - how do we prevent this?
lol of course he was an art tracer before switching to gen ai… Inkwell thanks for fighting back against this
Now tell us the demographic of the people doing the crimes. I am sure the facial recognition is spot on with who it is catching.
What happens when AI surveils the American public and determines Trump and MAGA are the biggest threat to our country?
