Companies replacing human in place of Ai are going to face a lot of problems. One of which is vulnerable systems to attackers
A super intelligent AI isn’t something to fear, but human beings with the access to their capabilities most certainly is...
I’m a carpenter. I would love to see a robot do custom remodeling in an old house without taking 1 million years to get a job done because it’s not gonna know the little tricks of the trade that I’ve picked up over the past 25 years.
Sad part is Mark was promoting his video as “Full self driving” yet he was using basic auto pilot. People have even pointed out that the frames before crashing auto pilot wasn’t even engaged, just sucks to see what looks and feels like false testing. I really appreciate your video Chris.
give it another 50 years and we won't be able to tell human from robot. the game Detroit: Become Human is literally coming to life.
9/10 times it's just TOO perfect. The sentence structure is very consistent, adjectives are appropriate. Humanization software is, at least when I've been 100% certain it was being used, just acting like a thesaurus. For example, in a chemistry class I taught I caught somebody using AI because they wrote "very little layer chromatography" instead of "thin layer chromatography". No human would eve…
exactly bro I study tech and am aware of how AI can use your data and sell it.But lets be fr even before AI our data is constantly being sold through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google, Websites we visit list goes on… and these are things we do not get specifically personal on but yet our data is still being sold Im a broke college student who did not ask to have these mental disorders and most …
Now imagine the human that made it just told the computer "hey do me a code that plays this game for me". That's how AI art feels.
Because TAS still require a lot of knowledge on the game and coding, but AI art doesn't require any knowledge bec the tools have already been built.
I'm a visually impaired artist, and I'm super anti-ai as well. I took the time and effort to learn how to draw, and adapted some old tools to fit my needs like using a repurposed art easel as a slanted board to lift the paper closer so I can see it. Art is a huge way I express myself, and having my own style and way of doing things is so much freer than typing some words into a computer and getti…
That’s because John is a genius and has now planted this information onto the internet, where an AI will find it. Clever man, John Green. Hank should be proud.
I think by a little you mean very, but let's just call it "nationalism" :P
>She wasnt just a politician but also an armed terrorist.
She wasn't armed when she was dragged out of her car, that's not what happens to someone who is armed.
>Pick a gun and you become fair target.
Bullshit authoritarian logic, she wasn't armed at the time and 8 other civilians were executed by the same group. In fact now 38 civilians total have been killed by Turkey since this starte…
My college nephew told me that over half his fellow students were using ChatGPT to write their essay assignments.
The only way out of this is to stop issuing "homework." Do all the work in class, with no phones or laptop computers allowed. Make them write their outlines on a whiteboard. They can check later with online sources to see if their arguments are supported.
Why wouldn't you have a lawyer with you? Why would you tell him you are using chatgpt?
I mean, they could already do this. AI just made it easier. In either case, it's illegal. Especially so if the people they made fakes of were under age.
The ai isnt the problem. Its the artificial guard rails and thought policing rules put in place.
Indeed. The optimal end goal is automate all work and provide a generous UBI and achieve utopia. We are a good way there tbh. 10 farmers and some equipment can feed a whole damned lot of people. But that second part, we won’t be able to do it IMO. Ownership class won’t allow that sort of Star Trek reality to occur.
Have you seen Squid Games, its a critique of SK style of capitalism. Lots of gig work/loan sharking for those not fortunate enough to land a job at the big corps.
If you follow the link in the article to see the image, you can immediately see it’s AI. There arent any seven-fingered people, but the image screams AI. If someone I knew fell for this I wouldn’t associate with them
I work (still!) for a company and I was with my team for 13 years, but my position ended. my boss had made a deal with a different department head that I would go there (which I never agreed to and was absolutely not on board with). I interviewed and was accepted for another position in the company because I’m, you know, an autonomous human. My boss was as furious and tried to stop it.
Anyhow A…
