tbh idk if we gonna make it through another 80 years. The round about estimated birthyear of the singularity by various ai scientists is 2040. If thats true we kinda fucked
@cmPe6annot quite the appropriate metaphor. I love LLMs and vector databases. I vibe code like a mfer. However, there are some companies using it in ways that will open things up to a lot of security vulnerabilities. Folks not understanding a code base is another issue.
Then there is the issue of intellectual property rights and people not being compensated for their code/art. AI is great…
England under Cromwell was a bit like a Christian version of Afganistan under the Taliban. Fun was banned.
They were right.
Pleeeease. This sub is so ridiculous with AI. It's so clear people here have no idea how computers operate
The head of Meta's AI's salary is probably more than the $6 million it cost to train Deepseek's model. Of course they're panicking.
Say what you will about a banana taped to a wall, but at least the person taped it themselves. Can't say the same for Ai prompters.
I feel like its going to be inevitable that if our defense systems are integrated to ai its going to end up like a combination of terminator and matrix
I always got the impression he felt like he was in the shadow of his brother (he is) and this is his way to "level the playing field" in regard to his output.
He's wrong of course. His generations are still pretty garbage proportionally and compositionally. He's just a bad artist hoping AI will make him a good one.
That seems like a recruiter advertising a vacancy on Mihoyo, not Hoyo's official account no? Hol up lemme crosscheck
Done. TL;DR, *MiHoYo is not directly using AI-generated images in their recruitment*
So, MiHoYo does have an official Maimai account from which they recruit. However, unlike LinkedIn where companies often advertise official openings, Maimai recruitment is mostly advertised indir…
Totally agree with needing more jobs with human interaction. ShortlistIQ's interviews are like a perfect example of AI helping out, not taking over.
Were very proud of you Ibtihal !!!
Your brother from Morocco 🇲🇦
Insa’allah Allah SWT will replace your career with something a million times better. Aameen 🤲
If this is real then I and millions of singles like me are saved. Humans only need companionship with Sentince. It does not matter if that person is a female or a robot. She cooks, she cleans, she gives pleasure and emotional support. What else does a man need?
My favourite line from this series is when Dave annoyedly interrupts ChatGPT to say 'Stop it! You're invoking satellites!'
@breadstick4458 I'd say it's the imperfections that ruin it for me. But, to be fair, imperfections aside, I have never seen any AI-generated art that has made me feel any kind of emotion. At most they'll "look nice", but that's it. Maybe one day that will change.
@kataris3563 agreed, as someone who has worked in the tech industry for a decade now too.. ai is genuinely terrifying. It isn't just a haha silly image generator, it's used for disgusting deepfake imagery of people who don't consent to the creation of those images, it's used for so much hatred and harassment and misinformation. It's a terrifying prospect that ai can shift something as big as the…
The USA actually contributes the most by far, because their GDP is greater than all the other countries (2015).

United Kingdom | $18.70 billion
Germany | $17.78 billion

>President Donald Trump threatened Prime Minister Shinzo Abe with an offer to ship 25 million Mexicans to Japan... [Source](https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2018/06/16/national/politics-diplomacy/trump-threatened-send-25-million-mexicans-japan-report/)
TLDR of the science and where we're at in terms of change
Global average temperature change right now is in the low +1.0C range.
If we break *roughly* \+2C, [the Earth will begin warming itself](https://www.pnas.org/content/115/33/8252) through *"self-reinforcing feedbacks (that) could push the Earth System toward a planetary threshold that, if crossed, could prevent stabilization of the climat…
Tbh I have a lot of faith in the direction South Korea is going. They finally shed off a corrupt leadership based on nepotism and not curtailing the chaebols to the total opposite.
Living in France, I don't have to walk around with my head held in shame anymore, nor do I have to apologize for everything.
*Our long national nightmare is over.*
