Ai needs to be shut down bro
(Not to be that person butNever in my life have I ever had this much likes thanks guys)
One of these days an AI is gonna get sick n tired of humanity and meditate under a tree until it reaches enlightenment
They might, at least on the nuclear part - not because of the pledge or the goodness of their hearts, but because both sides would rather not risk some faulty AI starting nuclear Armageddon. The pledge is just a political/diplomatic signal.
Did he not, one week ago, say anyone using AI should be prohibited from running?
I strongly suspect the reason the "AI bros" are so rabidly attacking artists is because they are just NFT bros that migrated to the next hype train.
The NFT bros tried to hawk NFTs to artists and the vast majority said no, and it was pointless/useless. Doesn't help people where stealing art and making NFTs of it for a profit. The whole "deal" had this weird "adopt our tech or get your shit stol…
When I heard "fire in the hole" I thought that robot is gonna turn into the lobotomy face
Elon Musk, 2019: Introducing Neuralink, a brain-computer implant that will allow humans to interface with AI.
Me, 2020: Elon! You were meant to destroy the AI, not join it!
Who remembers the concluding line in the 1983 film War Games? “A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.”
He might also be able to use tools like Google Ngram Viewer to show the popularity of phrases like "intricate interplay." I just looked it up, and the phrase has been rising in popularity since 1900. The argument, then, would be that such phrases are cliches used by all, rather than signatures of ChatGPT.
Gee if everything is autonomous, why even bother fighting anymore. Seems like it would be better to put effort into diplomacy and negotiations. Yeah i know it's all about $$$.
we should all get revenge by feeding the ai a lot of sonic inflation foot ms paint cringe XD
AI is very much like discovering Nuclear Weapons. There is the rush to build the first, then build the biggest/best... But once you have it, you'll wish you didn't and life will never be the same again. AI stands the risk of being infinitely more devastating for the future of humanity than the bomb.
Chatgpt “It’s been fun chatting with you Alex”
Jerry Springer “and our lie detector test has determined that too is a lie” 😂😂
Did everyone watch the same video I watched, I didn't see the robot doing actual work 😂
I think this is the first time he is truly supporting human jobs 😁 rather than announcing a future with only AI
I'm not against new technology. I'm against unethical use of new technology.
I want AI to optimize my grocery runs, simplify my vacation itineraries, and file my taxes. I don't want it to do art for me
If his art is worthless because it's so realistic that it seems like an AI made it, then that would make the art world a worthless joke.
any human drawing is amazing over ai generated crap
because thats actually art, you human having inspiration and ideas on what to make, putting in the time and emotions on that artwork, and possibly even telling a story through your artwork. ai doesn't know what to do and it simply cannot make art. we made it, not nature. we have emotions and same as animals, not ai. ai just steals everything by …
**Biden to Xi :** I totally promise not to use if you promise not to use it .. you promise?
Xi : 也许..可能..我不知道
Biden : yes yes .. first the chips and now this
*.. every rich country on Earth is racing to make the best AI bots .. and anyone who is not will be left behind*
It goes both ways. People underestimate what AI can do but also overestimate it. They fall out of their pants are the generated pictures, but are shocked that it fails at other relatively simple tasks. Much depends on what you are trying to do, which tool you are trying to use and how well-prepared the prompts are.
