@TheParadigmAI Okay tell that to all the companies who are already replacing humans with AI customer service agents. The same companies who had already replaced their good in-house customer service agents with shitty outsourced overseas agents. My point is that companies don’t really give a shit about the quality of the product, just how much it costs them to maintain it.
