Strawman. I said copyright laws are obsolete, not that they're not laws. They've been more or less unenforceable since the late 90s and their only remaining function is censorship. The sooner they're stricken from the books the better.
I don't care about the "overwhelming feeling," wrong arguments are still wrong. Reality is not a democracy or a group therapy session.
Doing art by hand is not "caveman work," but if we insisted on using only the most basic possible tools for any task we absolutely would be back in the stone age.
There's a lot of dumb photography slop, drawing slop and cg slop too. No artistic tool is immune from being used badly.
