I think it's shocking that he thinks it possible to model human emotions in a machine at all (I'd love to learn more about that it gives genuine hope that we can solve this) but then falls on his face....and so does Melanie when they say it NEEDS human-like intelligence, that's the equivalent of saying planes need feathers to fly. It's a total misunderstanding of information theory and it's ostrich like bc GPT-4 is both intelligent and has goals. It's like they're not paying attention.
