@kuroharudere2735 Agree and I totally understand artists freaking out at the thought of getting replaced by AI, especially if they get payed like shit in the first place. Although I really don't believe that narrow AI will be able to translate prompts into a really good picture that can trump good artists. Most people already lack the creativity to even write a proper prompt and nothing can translate your thoughts into art as a another human being with the proper skills.
Also if artists wouldn't have had a fricking meltdown over the kid book guy nobody would have given a flying f keeping it an anecdote among his friends . It's terrible beginning to end. Good on him to be the first thinking about a gimmick like that and profiting from it thanks to the outrage / Streisand effect.
