⁠@Arctiwolf​​⁠the thing is even if you blend, its still using the art without permission to generate something, rather then being inspired and incorporating stuff in art that you make. Simply because when you make art you dont just blend, you also add your unique addition to it, and you still do all the work yourself and have to be able to do it. Using ai disrespects the time the actual artists put into making something that you then use to automatically generate. Also side note, if you get comfortable with that then you will never have the chance to actually create whats in your head. I totally know what you mean, and it used to be frustrating having something in my head that i cant even begin to actually put onto paper because i simply didn’t have the skills. Personally i had my bestie tho which at the time i did ask to help draw stuff a few times, and her art inspired me to get into drawing myself, when i was younger i didn’t bother because it was obvious a childs motor skills just srnt quite there, and after that i just didn’t know where to start, having a friend help guide me a bit was really a blessing. That being said as soon as you find a way to start, it only took me a few years of casual drawing to get to the point that I can get out the ideas in my head, even if im still obviously limited in my art abilities. Rambling aside, maybe you are satisfied with it idk, but im sure the ai cant create whats in your head as well as you can, you just need to build up a little skill first. Also im not attacking you or anything but using ai art tools is still very much unethical, considering also that it often is paid, and either way obviously makes a profit, and gives none of that to the actual thousands of artists it steals from. You cant create anything nearly as good with it to be genuinely worth it, even if it looks ok, thsts how art works i would say, and making art is soo much more rewarding trust me, i recommend at least trying it for a while.
