i am not a lawyer. i finish law school next week. most likely you could sue because from what i know using ChatGPT on a case is a violation of attorney client privilege. i would definitely reach out to lawyers for a consultation on this and see what they say with the specific facts of your case. you deserve better representation and any lawyer that uses this in this way needs to be held accountable so this is taken seriously. i am so sorry that happened. obviously this is not legal advice. but if i were you, i would look into this with a new attorney.
