And, IMO, create problems since in many countries, anything eligible is considered copyrighted upon being put in a fixed medium, and preventing it from absorbing works based on copyright status alone would kill people being able to volunteer their own works, and from using creative commons works that are licensed in such a way where AI training would be allowed.
